At Darlaston Builders Merchants, we want to ensure you have the right materials for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Arrange Transport

  Smaller items can be returned to our branch in person, while larger building materials may require a scheduled collection for a nominal haulage fee.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
